The Refund Policy

Returns 
On installation services our policy is that for 1 month we will return to site to initiate any service on items that do not work as sold. We retain the right to invoice a customer for the site visit should it be found that it was a customer / user caused issue.  


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items on a case by case basis if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at avicayman@gmail.com to determine if you are approved or if you will need to follow up with the manufacturer.
